Microsoft Outlook

Synchronize your Microsoft® Outlook/Exchange calendar with CityLaw.

Create calendar events once and edit them in either application.*

Assign staff members to Appointments or Tasks in CityLaw and the item will automatically sync to the staff members' Outlook calendar or Tasks list, respectively.  From Outlook, link new Appointments or Tasks to a Matter using the CityLaw (or CountyLaw) tab.

Synchronization in either direction allows you to edit existing calendar entries as well as new ones.

* For security purposes, deleting Appointments and Tasks in Outlook does not delete them from CityLaw's Master Calendar.

Word Processing

CityLaw (and CountyLaw) interface with Microsoft® Word for word processing.  Documents can be created and opened directly from a CityLaw Matter.  Documents open in Microsoft® Word, and saved changes are automatically reflected in CityLaw/CountyLaw.

AUTOMATED DOCUMENT ASSEMBLY

Information from a Lawsuit, Claim, Assignment, or any other matter can be imported automatically to generate your standard letters, forms, and pleadings.  This feature integrates with Microsoft® Word, allowing you to write your own Visual Basic macro to import data to a template.
